Kiwanis chicken dinners to be served
MARQUETTE — From 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Sunday, June 8 at Lakeview Arena in Marquette, the Marquette Kiwanis Club will again hold its drive-in only barbeque and the cost is still only $18 for a full meal: ½ chicken,
baked potato and the trimmings.
Help the community as all proceeds go back to worthy causes: the Upper Peninsula Children’s Museum, Habitat for Humanity, YMCA, Superiorland Youth Soccer, Bay Cliff Health Camp, the new playground at Mattson Park, Youth Volleyball, Northern Michigan University Cat Packs for kids, Boy Scouts, U.P. Girl Scouts and more. It typically raises about $20,000.

you would like. If you can’t make it, consider making a donation or give the tickets away to a hungry friend.
YOU CAN PICK UP TICKETS AND LEAVE A CHECK AT THE HOME AT 810 W. Magnetic ST., (1 block east of N. Lincoln)
or THEY CAN BE MAILED THEM TO YOU. PURCHASES MUST BE DONE BY WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4. Checks are made out to “Kiwanis Club.”
