ISHPEMING — Ishpeming City Hall and the Department of Public Works have announced their summer office hours. 

Beginning on June 2 and continuing through Aug. 29, city hall will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays. The DPW will be open from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., also on Mondays through Thursdays. 

According to a press release from Ishpeming City Manager Randy Scholz, the changes are intended to make city services more accessible to the public during the summer months. Offices will remain closed on Fridays during this time.
