Vesper service Thursday
MARQUETTE — The First Presbyterian Church in Marquette invites the public to an Advent Vesper Service at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the church sanctuary
The service is designed to provide 40 minutes of quiet contemplative time during this busy season with candles, prayer and scripture. It will include carols and songs led by Pastor Natalie Handley and her husband, Derek Handley, providing a modern sound with piano, cello, acoustic guitar and vocals.
