DAR supports school district

The Onagomingkway Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, collected and donated a number of school supplies to the Autrain-Onota School in Deerton recently as part of the DAR Community Classroom campaign. Members collected glue sticks, pencils, paper, folders and other highly used items to help ease the need at a smaller area school. In the photo, Principal/Superintendent Bryan Tyner accepts the collection from Treasa Sowa of Munising and Sarah Smart of Marquette. Smart is the chapter chair for Community Classroom.
