Pasty sale benefits many
NEGAUNEE — Negaunee Elks Lodge #1116 held a pasty sale last Saturday and partnered with the Negaunee Knight of Columbus.
The Knights members sold 400 pasties. The KCs helped Elks make and distribute the Pasties. They were awarded $900 for their participation. These funds will be used by the Knight of Columbus for their local charity programs.
Also, during the sale, $88 of Beacon Grant funds were used to make $350 worth of pasty meals for Saint Vincent dePaul’s. St. Vincents gave 50 meals to those in need of food in our community.
