Forsyth Township man charged with criminal sexual conduct

FORSYTH TOWNSHIP — Andrew Michael Vandevord, 35 of Forsyth Township was arrested Tuesday for multiple sex crimes.
When arraigned on Wednesday, the Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office authorized the following charges for Vandevord: one count of first degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct.
The Forsyth Township Police Department was assisted in the case by the Negaunee City Police Department and the Northern Lights Child Advocacy Center in Marquette.
