The Lake Superior Community Partnership assisted Gravedoni’s Pizza with a ribbon cutting to celebrate its grand opening at 81 Croix St.,in Negaunee. Gravedoni’s Pizza is a new pizzeria and takeout restaurant, owned and operated by Vince Gravedoni. Gravedoni worked in the kitchen at Pasquali’s for his father for the last 15 years before deciding to branch out on his own. Gravedoni’s Pizza prides itself on using fresh ingredients and preparing its food in-house, featuring homemade bread, cudighi sausage, sauces, and fresh deli meats sliced daily. In the spring, they plan to launch weekly specials, including slices during lunch, slushies in the summer, and more.
