MARQUETTE — The anticipated annual Interfaith Evening of Thanks presented by the Marquette Interfaith Forum will not take place this year. Organizers are asking the community to use this Thanksgiving week time with theirfamily, friends and faith communities to work and pray for peace and tolerance in the world. “It is sorely needed.” the release states. The next regularly scheduled First Friday Forum of the Marquette Interfaith Forum will take place on Friday, Dec. 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Peter White Public Library-Lions Club Room. Details will be sent later this month.
