MARQUETTE — A 12-year-old Negaunee Township boy hid in a Marquette ShopKo dressing room Saturday night, then went on a rampage, wrecking numerous store displays and causing thousands of dollars in damage, police said. The boy was arrested on the west side of the store at 12:10 am Sunday. He was carrying a portable compact disc player and other items stolen from the store, police said. “He knocked over numerous displays and lamps and threw tropical juice and salad dressing around,” one police officer reported.
