NEGAUNEE – “Hunting season is a very important part of my lifestyle. I have a responsibility to the wildlife and the wild ground. Man is part of nature just as a mountain lion or bear. I will not turn my back on nature and tolerate irresponsible waste. Wildlife management is a success story in the United States. Today there are more deer, turkey, antelope, and many other animal species because of intelligently managed resources that are funded by sportsmen and women dollars. I wish more people would take part in this natural in instinctual duty.” -Edward A. Bonk Jr.
