Funds raised for 4th shows

MARQUETTE -- Today, the Marquette Area Fourth of July Celebration Committee launched the Marquette fireworks fundraiser t-shirt sale.

Marquette Area Fourth of July Celebration Committee Fundraising Chair Chris Durley said in an email that all of the proceeds from the fundraiser will go back to the Fourth of July firework and laser show.

"The sale will go for two weeks with shirts being shipped out shortly after," Durley said.

Durley said the shirt has a brand new logo from Lake Superior Press designed specifically for this year's shirt.

Shirts are on sale starting at $25.
