≤ 12:27 p.m., officers came across a vehicle with the horn alarm going off and an intoxicated subject sitting in the vehicle, subject was owner of the vehicle and had accidentally set it off while trying to put some items inside the vehicle before walking home, subject walked home due to intoxication, West Hewitt Avenue near North Third Street

≤ 11:57 a.m., report of people littering and smoking marijuana on the beach, subjects were asked by officers to clean up their mess, there were no signs of marijuana and they were moved along, 400 block South Lakeshore Boulevard
