≤ 12:42 p.m., snow-removal complaint, officer checked the area, no one removing snow currently and no one would answer the door, snow was mostly melted upon officers arrival, Albert Street near Spruce Street

≤ 8:26 p.m., report of subject outside yelling at people, subject was gone on arrival, 300 block Pine Street

≤ 9:09 p.m., caller reported hearing something at her back door and was concerned that someone might have tried to break in, officer checked the door and did not observe any signs of a break-in, 300 block Harrison Street

≤ 12:07 a.m., property checks, 2700 block Powder Mill Road

≤ 12:28 a.m., employee found a broken lock, officer conducted a walk-through, nothing suspicious was located, 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 12:39 a.m., property check, 400 block North Seventh Street

≤ 1:01 a.m., intoxicated subject fell asleep on one of the couches in the lobby, subject was transported to the shelter for the evening, 1100 block U.S. 41 West
