≤ 7:09 a.m., officer came upon garbage in the roadway, possibly from a bag being broken, garbage picked up, assistance, 200 block South Fifth Street

≤ 8:44 a.m., report of domestic violence, contact was made, one of the subjects was arrested on a warrant, posted bond, processed and released, 300 block Albert Street

≤ 9:50 a.m., complaint of malicious destruction of property, Lakeshore Boulevard near East Michigan Street

≤ 12:57 p.m., report of a tree fort being built by juveniles, officer checked the area, no damage to any trees, moved along, 1 Peter White Drive

≤ 1:12 p.m., report of suspicious male subject, appears to be under the influence, contact made with subject, recently had surgery, did not require EMS, nothing suspicious, 200 block Whetstone Road

≤ 2:12 p.m., assisted other agency in attempting to locate a suicidal subject, checked the area, unable to locate, 1 Peter White Drive

≤ 2:30 p.m., school check, 400 block North Sixth Street

≤ 3:27 p.m., parking complaint, the lot the complainant is in does not have rented spots, subject advised to have his landlord call the Marquette Downtown Development Authority to figure out a parking solution, 100 block Jackson Cut Alley

≤ 3:40 p.m., trespass complaint, subject left prior to officer’s arrival, complainant advised to call back when the subject returned and a trespass letter would be issued, 100 block West Washington Street
