NEGAUNEE — The American Legion kittenball league will play a second round, but in order that a full number of games can be played before cold weather, a few changes in the schedule have been necessary. Starting Monday evening, when the first games of the second round will be played, teams scheduled for Monday and Wednesday evenings will play double-headers, each contest to be limited to five innings. Friday evenings, when the “old timers” play, the games will be seven-inning contests. Everett Reichel, secretary of the league, requests managers to report their lineups to him before Monday evening. The “old timers” are entitled to five men and the junior players can have 12 men on a team. Mr. Reichel will furnish each manager with a complete set of rules and league regulations.
