The Negaunee Miners played the Mackinaw City Comets in the first round of High School Bowl and were defeated by a score of 230-160. Forty schools from the Upper Peninsula and northern Wisconsin field teams for WNMU-TV’s High School Bowl tournament, now celebrating 43 years on the air.
