Munising competes in High School Bowl

The Munising “Mustangs” played the Painesdale-Jeffers “Jets” in the second round of High School Bowl and won by a score of 210-60. Representing Munising, seated from left, are players Oden Horne, Elliot Potila, team captain Maci Cornish and Angus Horne. Forty schools from the Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin field teams for WNMU-TV’s High School Bowl tournament, now celebrating 43 years on the air. Running from November through the championship game in April, the High School Bowl series airs on WNMU-TV Saturdays at 8 pm and Mondays at 3 pm.
