MARQUETTE -- Dementia risks among veterans will be the topic of a statewide virtual forum put on by the Alzheimer's Association on June 29.
The forum, which is free, will provide information about Alzheimer's and dementia and the caregiver support resources offered by VA Medical Centers and the Alzheimer's Association.
To register for the forum, which is from 5-6:30 p.m., call the Alzheimer's Association 24/7 Helpline at 800-272-3900. After registering, a Zoom link will be provided to join the session. The educational event is for veterans, their caregivers and interested family members.
