≤ 8:38 p.m., aggravated assault, felonious assault, victim shot in the head with a rubber pellet gun, contact made with suspect vehicle, no pellet gun located, subjects hit the victim with a spitball shot out of a straw, victim did not wish to pursue charges, contact was made with the parents of the juvenile suspects, Presque Isle Park
