May 1

≤ 11:11 p.m., disorderly conduct, loud party, graduation party that is being loud, room is over capacity, should only have six people, staff estimates about 40 people, party was cleared out by officers, 200 block North Front Street

≤ 11:32 p.m., drunkenness, intoxicated subject, unable to walk, turned over to EMS, Washington Street near Third Street

May 2

≤ 12:44 a.m., property inspection, officers found recent graffiti, report, CR-550 near Dead River Bridge

≤ 1:07 a.m., traffic accident, property damage accident, car vs. deer, happened outside City Limits, turned over to Chocolay Township Police Department, U.S. 41 South near Van Epps Street

≤ 1:18 a.m., parking, parking complaint, vehicle parked in the parking lot all day, owner came and moved the vehicle while officers were on scene, 300 block West Fair Avenue

≤ 1:30 a.m., property inspection, Presque Isle Park

≤ 1:37 a.m., property inspection, 200 block West Washington Street

≤ 1:43 a.m., property inspection, 1300 block West Ridge Street

≤ 3:07 a.m., suspicious, report of an animal or person screaming, area checked, unable to locate, 900 block Cleveland Avenue

≤ 4:19 a.m., property check, South Marquette Schools

≤ 5:11 a.m., property check, 1000 block North Third Street

≤ 9:56 a.m., larceny other, gentleman lost his wallet, may have fallen out in vehicle that gave him a ride home, subject got his wallet back, 400 block North Fourth Street

≤ 11:08 a.m., animal control, dogs on the beach, 800 block South Lake Street

≤ 12:07 p.m., alarm, residential alarm, accidental, 300 block Jackson Street

≤ 12:40 p.m., trespass, subjects refusing to leave room, staff opened room with officers present, subjects gone on arrival, 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 2:18 p.m., juvenile, juvenile was getting bullied, all parties talked to, Mattson Lower Harbor Park

≤ 3:08 p.m., suspicious, suspicious object in lake, ended up being a boat, Coast Guard tried to check on them but the boat took off, 500 block North Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 3:34 p.m., domestic assault, possible domestic in progress, two people just arguing, 600 block North Third Street

≤ 3:57 p.m., health and safety, well-being check/3500 activity, subject requesting a well being check on a friend who Face-timed her and was extremely under the influence of drugs with drugs and paraphernalia in the background, room was checked and nobody was in room, officers found the screen was pushed out and a witness advised a bunch of people ran, hotel staff said they are kicking the subjects out and re-coded the lock, 1200 block U.S. 41 West

≤ 4:02 p.m., alarm, cancelled en route, 200 block North McClellan Avenue

≤ 5:10 p.m., traffic, be on lookout/operating while impaired drugs, vehicle was called in twice, the first time the vehicle took out a bunch of traffic cones, the second time the vehicle kept hitting the curbs while on Front Street and going through the roundabouts, and through investigation it was found she also struck the Buffalo Wild Wings building, officer located and stopped the vehicle, driver turned over to EMS for possible medical issue, investigation for operating while impaired drugs, charges being sought, vehicle secured and left at the hotel, U.S. 41 West near West Washington Street

≤ 6:12 p.m., trespass, subject issued a misdemeanor citation, 1100 block West Washington Street

≤ 6:52 p.m., property inspection, Presque Isle Park

≤ 7:30 p.m., property inspection, Dead River Bridge

≤ 7:54 p.m., traffic, 30 minutes traffic enforcement, 200 block North Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 8:02 p.m., unlawful driving away of an automobile, possible UDAA, friend took his vehicle without permission, civil, 800 block West Baraga Avenue

≤ 8:18 p.m., non-aggravated assault, highly intoxicated subject causing a disturbance and refusing to leave, suspect was arrested for assault/defrauding an innkeeper, suspect was lodged at the Marquette County Jail, suspect was issued a trespass order, suspect lodged for defrauding an innkeeper and assault, lodged, 2100 block U.S. 41

≤ 9:28 p.m., juvenile, juvenile subjects causing damage to vehicles and property in the area, officers checked the area, no damage, officers spoke to several juveniles and other subjects in the area and determined it was a loud noise complaint against several subjects playing, 300 block Whetstone Road

≤ 10:03 p.m., traffic, traffic stop, 3500 activity, subject arrested for resisting and obstructing and 3500, arrested and lodged at Marquette County Sheriff’s Office, Hawley Street near Presque Isle Avenue
