≤ 1:52 p.m., suspicious, report of a white male with facial hair wearing a camo sweatshirt, with a royal blue shirt under it, and light grey jogging pant smoking a cigarette and cutting through her yard, complainant did not want contact, just check on the subject, area was searched, unable to locate, 400 block West Baraga Avenue
