≤ 3:44 p.m., disabled truck blocking traffic, gone on arrival, Third Street near Hewitt Avenue

≤ 6:15 p.m., resident observed someone in an orange coat jogging on the ice near the breakwater, then lost sight of them, officer checked area but was unable to locate anyone matching the description, 200 block South Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 6:27 p.m., vehicle parked and blocking the complainant’s vehicle in lot, assistance given, two citations given, 100 block West Main Street

≤ 6:32 p.m., female screaming, 500 block Union Street

≤ 9:03 p.m., disabled vehicle in traffic, 1100 block West Washington Street

≤ 10:50 p.m., rope hanging off power wire, appeared to be used for maintenance on a cable, not able to be reached from the ground, West Washington Street near North Fourth Street

≤ 6:19 a.m., traffic monitored for one hour, U.S.-41 South

≤ 10:03 a.m., public peace, Longyear Avenue

≤ 11:39 a.m., property check, walkthrough, 1000 block Ortman Road
