≤ 7:45 p.m., suspicious, subject walking in the roadway, almost was struck by passing cars, subject was out of the road upon officer’s arrival, spoke to the subject and he was almost to his destination, West Washington Street near U.S. 41 West

≤ 10:05 p.m., suspicious, neighbor dispute, officer spoke to both parties, Granite Pointe Drive

≤ 10:09 p.m., trespass, unwanted subject, 1000 block West Washington Street

≤ 11 p.m., domestic assault, female subject transported home, 400 block Center Street

≤ 11:01 p.m., violation of Michigan Public Health Code, subject that appeared to be under the influence and “out of it” between the third and fourth floors, 600 block Altamont Street
