Second Thursday Creativity Series coming up at UPCM

MARQUETTE — The Upper Peninsula Children’s Museum is offering its Second Thursday Creativity Series “Pandemic Style” on Thursday.

“The Mitten” is the theme for Thursday’s activity. Participants can activity packs that include themed crafts supplies and a snack. This month, the museum is partnering with Hot Plate’s Melissa Sprouse and will be making clay mittens and homemade bird feeders.

Mr. Jim will read “The Mitten,” by Jan Brett.

Packets can be picked up in the museum’s courtyard from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday. Email museummrjim@gmail.com to register for your free packet.
