≤ 8:58 a.m., civil, subject wanting to speak to an officer about dog custody after a breakup, advice given to caller, 100 block West Arch Street

≤ 10:11 a.m., retail fraud complaint, subject left prior to subject calling, video surveillance captured the event, contact made with suspect, property returned, letter of trespass issued, 1000 block North Third Street

≤ 11:34 a.m., assistance, well-being check on an elderly male subject that has not been heard from in a couple days, complainant was able to get ahold of the subject via text upon arrival, 400 block East Hewitt Avenue

≤ 11:37 a.m., parking, report of a possible abandoned vehicle in parking lot, blocking delivery truck entrance, officer checked back and the subject came and moved the vehicle, 500 block West Washington Street

≤ 12:52 p.m., disorderly conduct, report of an online harassment complaint, subject ended up coming to complainant’s house and banging on the door, contact made with both parties and advised to cease all communication, 900 block Lee Street
