MARQUETTE -- In accordance with Section 105 Schools of Choice in Public Act 300, Marquette Area Public Schools announces openings for 2020-21 non-resident schools of choice as follows:
Cherry Creek Elementary: openings in first, third and fifth grades.
Graveraet Elementary: openings in second grade.
Sandy Knoll Elementary: openings in first, third and fifth grades.
Superior Hills Elementary: openings in fourth grade.
Marquette Alternative High School: openings in ninth through 12th grades.
Marquette Senior High School: openings in ninth through 12th grades.
Applications may be obtained at any of the above school buildings or at the MAPS website at www.mapsnet.org. Applications will be accepted Jan. 8 through Jan. 22. The enrollment deadline for students admitted is Jan. 29.
Students must reside within the Marquette-Alger RESA to be eligible for school of choice at MAPS. If you have questions, call 906-225-4200.
