Oct. 10

≤ 5:40 p.m., property check, Dead River Bridge

≤ 6:35 p.m., traffic, traffic monitored for 30 minutes, East Hewitt Avenue near Spruce Street

≤ 6:55 p.m., property check, Park Cemetery

≤ 7:08 p.m., trespass, trespass complaint, officer tried to make contact, nobody home, complainant did not answer the phone on call back, 200 block East Prospect Street

≤ 7:14 p.m., property check, Tourist Park

≤ 8:22 p.m., suspicious, suspicious male subject gained access to a restricted area, it is believed he went under the fence on the water side, nothing damaged or missing, officers searched the area and could not located him, 400 block East Hampton Street

≤ 9:17 p.m., property check, 100 block West Washington Street

≤ 9:32 p.m., traffic, traffic obstruction, orange traffic barrel in the roadway, does not appear it is supposed to be there, moved off the roadway by the officer, Lincoln Avenue near Waldo Street

≤ 10:24 p.m., property check, 30 minutes of foot patrol, no new graffiti, Marquette Fit Strip

≤ 10:32 p.m., property check, Dead River Bridge

≤ 10:43 p.m., property check, 400 Coast Guard Road

≤ 10:45 p.m., fight in progress, four subjects fighting in the bar area, fight broke up prior to officers arriving, people from wedding party arguing over mask use, no charges pursued, parties separated for the evening, 1900 block U.S. 41 West

≤ 11:26 p.m., retail fraud, shoplifter, did not shoplift, just trespassing, per the magistrate, personal recognizance bond, 300 block West Washington Street

Oct. 11

≤ 12:13 a.m., property check, 1000 block West Baraga Avenue

≤ 12:15 a.m., obstructing justice, warrant other agency, no bond, lodged at the Marquette County Jail, West Fair Avenue near Woodland Avenue

≤ 12:15 a.m., traffic, no insurance, improper use of plate, personal recognizance bond, released on scene, West Fair Avenue near Woodland Avenue

≤ 12:55 a.m., assistance, attempt to locate a subject that walked away from hospital against medical advice, officer checked the area and could not locate the subject, NMU Public Safety will follow up, 800 block West Baraga Avenue

≤ 1 a.m., property check/trespass, while doing a property check, officer came across a subject that had been trespassed from the business, subject arrested, personal recognizance bond issued, 1000 block West Washington Street

≤ 1:25 a.m., disorderly conduct, loud party, subjects cleared out, warned, 200 block West Bluff Street

≤ 1:28 a.m., disorderly conduct, loud party, party had just cleared out prior to arrival, warned, 900 block Sherman Street

≤ 1:59 a.m., civil, subject called to report their roommate locked them out, possibly on purpose, was able to gain entrance through unlocked rear door, 1000 block North Front Street

≤ 2:10 a.m., drunkenness, officer located subject having difficulty in pedaling their bike, all OK, West Magnetic Street near North Seventh Street

≤ 4:17 a.m., suspicious, caller thought she heard a female screaming, area checked, unable to located, Parkview Drive near Granite Pointe Drive

≤ 5:08 a.m., property check, subject cited for parks, after hours, Presque Isle Park

≤ 5:45 a.m., larceny other, larceny of a mailbox, mailbox was located and slid back on the post, no damage, 500 block Wright Street

≤ 5:57 a.m., trespass, subject sleeping, trespass letter served, moved along, 1000 block West Washington Street

≤ 5:59 a.m., disorderly conduct, subject yelling threw their phone, transported to the area of Third and Arch Streets per subject’s request, 2000 block U.S. 41 South

≤ 9:26 a.m., disorderly conduct, harassment complaint at the Warming Center, 100 block North Front Street

≤ 10:11 a.m., assistance, caller reporting a possible subject sleeping in the parking ramp, would like them moved along, they have had problems urinating in the area in the recent past, subject moved along/trespassed from the property, 100 block North Front Street

≤ 12 p.m., civil, caller has several questions regarding a civil matter, 700 block Homestead Street

≤ 12:43 p.m., assistance, neighbor dispute, 1000 block Allouez Road

≤ 1:15 p.m., lost and found, officer was flagged down by a subject who found a purse, officer was able to located the owner, turned over to owner, 2200 block U.S. 41 South

≤ 1:29 p.m., hit and run property damage accident, hit and run complaint, McClellan Avenue near U.S. 41 Bypass

≤ 1:38 p.m., assistance, lockout, verbal consent to open the vehicle given by the owner, opened, Presque Isle Park

≤ 1:58 p.m., general, family assistance, Tourist Park

≤ 2:15 p.m., traffic, possible traffic problem in the area, vehicles leaving for a parade, only one of the two lanes in the area were being used, no further problems, assistance given, McClellan Avenue near West Washington Street

≤ 2:30 p.m., general, parade detail, Downtown Business District

≤ 4:30 p.m., malicious destruction of property, a vehicle from the Trump parade shot up a vehicle parked in the 100 block of West Washington Street, officer checked the area and checked the vehicle, there are no paintball marks anywhere in the downtown area, the paint on the vehicle in question is from some type of paint transfer, but not from a paintball gun, no signs that a paintball gun was used, 100 block West Washington Street

≤ 4:54 p.m., civil, complainant was looking for assistance in locating their vehicle which was reportedly moved to another location, both parties agreed to handle the complaint civilly, 700 block Pioneer Road

≤ 6 p.m., search, possession of meth, charges being sought, Lakeshore Boulevard near South Front Street

≤ 6 p.m., traffic, driving while license suspended 2nd, no insurance, unregistered motor vehicle, Lakeshore Boulevard near South Front Street

≤ 8:23 p.m., disorderly conduct, disorderly subjects at campsite, due to the subject’s intoxication levels, allowed to spend night and then will be evicted in the morning, three trespass letters issued, 4300 block M-553

≤ 9:01 p.m., domestic assault, possible domestic assault, verbal argument, 1000 block Allouez Road

≤ 9:44 p.m., general, Main Street elevator locked up by patrol, 100 block West Main Street

≤ 9:48 p.m., mental, 300 block West Ridge Street

≤ 10:05 p.m., public peace, female subject reports feeling threatened by male subject who resides in the building, parties spoken to, 300 block Pine Street

≤ 11:59 p.m., property check, 900 block West Baraga Avenue
