≤ 3:05 p.m., suspicious, report of a subject sitting outside without a shirt on, acting erratically, gone on arrival, 1900 block U.S.-41 West

≤ 3:06 p.m., 911 hang up, founded to be accidental, 300 block Mesnard Street

≤ 3:19 p.m., mental, Pathways requesting assistance with a subject having a mental breakdown, petition completed, report, 100 block West Spring Street

≤ 3:23 p.m., fraud impersonation, unemployment fraud, no loss, 1800 block Woodland Avenue

≤ 3:26 p.m., assistance, vehicle lockout, verbal consent given, opened, 500 block Hillside Drive

≤ 3:31 p.m., parking, report of a possible abandoned vehicle, tagged for abandonment, 2400 block Powder Mill Road

≤ 3:51 p.m., non-traffic accident, private property property damage accident, 200 block South Fifth Street

≤ 4:10 p.m., disorderly conduct, subject threatening to throw bricks through window, subject was gone on arrival, officer will attempt to contact them and serve a trespass letter, 300 block North McClellan Avenue

≤ 4:52 p.m., non-aggravated assault, officer advised it occurred at the alternative school, turned over to Michigan State Police, 1400 block West Fair Avenue

≤ 5:20 p.m., conservation, hammockers, warned and removed, 900 block North Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 6:05 p.m., disorderly conduct, subject refusing to leave, subject left when asked to by officers, 1900 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 7:10 p.m., malicious destruction of property, ‘TVOK’ spray painted in large letters in complainant’s front yard next to his political sign, does not appear to be malicious destruction of property, most likely just the cable company marking wires, 800 block Pine Street

≤ 8:01 p.m., general, lockout, verbal consent obtained, opened, 200 block West Crescent Street

≤ 8:19 p.m., general, lockout, verbal consent obtained, 2000 block U.S. 41 West

≤ 8:32 p.m., trespass, subject who is trespassed from building locked themselves in the bathroom, gone on arrival, 300 block West Washington Street

≤ 9:19 p.m., malicious destruction of property, graffiti on the CR-500 bridge, several obscenities and pictures, report, Dead River Bridge

≤ 9:46 p.m., non-aggravated assault, officer observed a scuffle in a front yard, when officer pulled in to check on them, everyone fled, FCC from homeowner who was being uncooperative, 1500 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 11:35 p.m., non-aggravated assault, domestic violence, informational report, 1900 block Sugarloaf Avenue

≤ 11:59 p.m., fire accident, caller to central dispatch from McMillan Street thought there was an audible alarm going off at building, officer checked and advised the alarm was going off at a different building, fire department was already on scene, 600 block Altamont Street

≤ 12:26 a.m., disorderly conduct, loud noise, officers checked the area and were unable to locate, 100 block West Prospect Street

≤ 2:32 a.m., civil, subject called advising that they didn’t approve of the guests their roommate was having over, advised to have a conversation with their roommate and if that doesn’t work, speak to the landlord, 1000 block North Front Street

≤ 3:16 a.m., property check, North Marquette Schools

≤ 3:46 a.m., disorderly conduct, loud subjects in the front yard, made contact with the renter and advised of complaint, moved inside, 100 block West Arch Street

≤ 4:56 a.m., property check, 1400 block West Washington Street

≤ 5:06 a.m., property check, 1000 block West Washington Street

≤ 6:13 a.m., property check, 1200 block Wright Street

≤ 1:31 p.m., suspicious, report of someone trying to tamper with the complainant’s mail, 300 block Whetstone Village Road

≤ 4:37 p.m., disorderly conduct, two subjects yelling at each other, nothing physical, they went their separate ways, West Bluff Street near North Seventh Street

≤ 5:16 p.m., nonaggravated assault, officer came across two juveniles that appeared to be fighting, they were just playing around, they were moved along, South Fourth Street near West Baraga Avenue

≤ 5:24 p.m., animal control, stray dog, small grey poodle, no collar, owner located, returned, 400 block Center Street
