MARQUETTE — The Delft Bistro is hosting an Artists of the Aquarius Foundation Halloween party fundraiser from 7 to 9 tonight.

Donations will support the Artists of the Aquarius Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to establish and produce an artist’s residence in the Upper Peninsula where visiting artists can stay and create art based on the U.P.
