MARQUETTE — The Peter White Public Library invites patrons to a virtual presentation via Zoom entitled Invent Your Story with Margaret Brumm from 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday.

For this presentation, Brumm will talk about some of her favorite inventors, in particular James Watt, Madam C.J. Walker, and Vivien Thomas. Find out what they created that was so valuable to society and what makes them so noteworthy.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University and her juris doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School. Currently she works in private practice of patent, trademark and copyright law with clients from multinational corporations in the U.S. and law firms in London, England.
