≤ 12:41 p.m., subject called requesting EMS assistance but was very volatile on the phone, so they are requesting assistance, may be very drunk, subject was located and EMS will take care of the subject, 300 block North Front Street

≤ 2:08 p.m., assault complaint, subject didn’t want to pursue charges, 400 block West Washington Street
