MARQUETTE — All U.S. Postal Service offices in the Greater Michigan District — 3-digit ZIP code prefixes 486-491 and 493-499 — will be closed on Monday due to the observation of Presidents Day, a federal holiday. There will be no mail delivery Monday, Postal Service offcials said.

Customers needing postal services on that day may use self-service kiosks at select locations or visit Postal Service approved shippers. Visit usps.com to find a location near you.

Post offices will reopen and regular mail delivery will resume on Tuesday. The Postal Service recieves tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations, offcials said in the announcement.
