Sept. 3

≤ 2:08 p.m., parking issues, three cited, 1200 block Waldo Street

≤ 3:48 p.m., skunk complaint, trap to be set, 1100 block Cleveland Avenue

≤ 3:49 p.m., skunk complaint, trap to be set, 1100 block Jefferson Street

≤ 4:22 p.m., vehicle lockout, opened, 300 block East Ridge Street

≤ 4:58 p.m., scam, nothing lost, 200 block West Nicolet Boulevard

≤ 5:08 p.m., fraud complaint, report, 600 block Altamont Street

≤ 5:16 p.m., lockout opened, 219 West Washington Street

≤ 5:18 p.m., missing person, 500 block West Washington Street

≤ 5:57 p.m., assault, lodged, 2000 block Longyear Avenue

≤ 6:14 p.m., very young child walking alone on Pioneer Road pushing bike and stroller, officer spoke to the child and father, who was fishing in the small creek next to the road, all OK, Pioneer Road near Freedom Drive

≤ 8:25 p.m., intoxicated subject passed out near bike path, trespassed from Mattson Park and moved along, 200 Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 10:18 p.m., drunk male fell, EMS assist, 100 block North Front Street

≤ 10:57 p.m., complaint of harassing text/Instagram messages, complainant wants subject spoken to and advised to stop, officer will follow up, complainant will contact subjects workplace and advise them, 1900 block Presque Isle Avenue

Sept. 4

≤ 4:31 a.m., report of a suspicious male behind Flannigan’s Bar on the bike path, subject had fallen, taken by EMS to UPHS for treatment, 400 block West Washington Street Bike Path

≤ 8:24 a.m., vehicle lockout, opened, 1300 block South Front Street

≤ 9:30 a.m., child custody issue, 1200 block South McClellan

≤ 10:43 a.m., malicious destruction of property, 700 block North Fourth Street

≤ 1:38 p.m., trap removal, 200 block Mather Street

≤ 1:51 p.m., two-car accident, East Nicolet Boulevard near US 41

≤ 2:03 pm., vehicle possibly struck while parked on the roadway in front of her residence the previous evening, no suspect vehicle information available and no cameras available in that area, very minor damage, 100 block West Arch Street

≤ 3:27 p.m., vehicle parked and unoccupied in the dirt lot in the block, an unknown vehicle backed out of a space and scraped the driver’s side of the vehicle, no witnesses, suspects or cameras in the area, East Crescent Street near Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 5:01 p.m., bag of children’s clothing and medicine left in the police department parking lot during a child exchange, contacted the owner and returned the bag, 300 West Baraga Avenue

≤ 5:24 p.m., subject found credit card in the Walgreen’s parking lot, 300 West Baraga Avenue

≤ 5:30 p.m., officer had contact with a subject on a traffic stop requesting help for depression and a panic attack, officer assisted the subject to the ER, self-admitted for treatment, Lincoln Avenue near Cleveland Avenue

≤ 5:45 p.m., property damage accident, US 41 near Nicolet Boulevard

≤ 6:35 p.m., several homeless subjects setting up camp on the rock at Park Cemetery, unable to locate subjects but officers located their campsite, officers picked up the trash, 400 block North Seventh Street
