≤ 2:30 p.m., motorist assist, Tracy Avenue near roundabout

≤ 2:57 p.m., retail fraud, 1400 block O’Dovero Drive

≤ 3:03 p.m., company contracted to maintain property noticed someone had entered the residence, possibly a new owner, 800 block Champion Street

≤ 3:19 p.m., property check, eight vehicles cited, Peter White Drive

≤ 3:48 p.m., vehicle lockout, opened, 1200 block Cleveland Avenue

≤ 5:15 p.m., report of vehicles parked along bike path, vehicles moved, 200 block North Lakeshore Drive

≤ 6:30 p.m., vehicle tagged for abandoned, 300 block Harrison Street

≤ 7:07 p.m., found K-9, owner cited, 1700 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 8:05 p.m., drunkenness, subject checked on, OK, bike path between Fifth Street and McClellan Avenue

≤ 8:20 p.m., warrant arrest, 300 block West Baraga Avenue

≤ 8:55 p.m., car versus deer, actually occurred outside of city limits, central dispatch advised, West Fair Avenue near Gray Street

≤ 9:02 p.m., drunkenness, 400 block Sheridan Street

≤ 10:16 p.m., assault, report to be completed, 300 block Pine Street

≤ 10:24 p.m., defrauding an innkeeper, owner did not wish to pursue charges, wanted incident documented, 100 block West Washington Street

≤ 11:25 p.m., fireworks, complainant called back and advised they stopped, Albert Street near Spruce Street

≤ 11:54 p.m., report of a subject who parked in the parking lot, seems suspicious, 200 block Lakeshore Boulevard

July 28

≤ 7:05 a.m., hit-and-run incident with parked vehicle, 2000 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 10:31 a.m., report of construction noise, advised of the complaint, M-553 near Wilson Street

≤ 10:34 a.m., traffic enforcement, South Seventh Street near West Spring Street

≤ 2:02 p.m., larceny from a building, report, 200 block South Fifth Street

≤ 3:17 p.m., well-being check called in on a subject in distress walking with a walker, subject refused assistance when officer made contact, North Seventh Street near West Hewitt Avenue

≤ 3:37 p.m., water hose found to be on outside of residence by neighbor, officer turned off the hose, 300 block Albert Street

≤ 3:39 p.m., disorderly patrons reported, lifeguards moved them along prior to officer’s arrival, 2400 block North Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 6:47 p.m., open door observed on vacant house, patrol checked, all OK, no one there, door was shut and business card left, Washington Street near Lincoln Avenue
