≤ 2:12 p.m., animal complaint, advised to contact Department of Natural Resources, 2200 block Wright Street

≤ 3:16 p.m., intoxicated subject causing a disturbance to individuals passing by, emergency medical services transported subject to hospital, 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 3:35 p.m., vehicle lockout, opened, 300 block West Washington Street

≤ 5:03 p.m., larceny of a bicycle, report, 100 block West Arch Street

≤ 5:55 p.m., retail fraud arrest, 1400 block O’Dovero Drive

≤ 6:10 p.m., emergency medical services assist, subject told central dispatch that he was covered in blood from the cut on his head but was being evasive as to how he was cut, transferred over to emergency medical services, 600 block Altamont Street

≤ 6:19 p.m., lockout, opened, 700 block North Third Street

≤ 7:54 p.m., several juveniles loitering near building, officer spoke with them and moved them along, no damage noted, West Washington Street near North Fourth Street

≤ 10:06 p.m., loose dog running around the area, officers caught the dog and returned to the owner, citation issued, Fisher Street near South Seventh Street

≤ 11:44 p.m., loud noise complaint, no loud noise detected, 200 block West Hewitt Street

≤ 11:48 p.m., identification check on a passport, 100 block West Washington Street

Saturday

≤ 12:42 a.m., lockout, owner was intoxicated, advised to call back in morning, 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 1:04 a.m., intoxicated subject passed out in lobby, transported to hotel where subject rented a room, 200 block North Front Street

≤ 10 a.m., report of graffiti on tunnel, South Seventh Street near bike path

≤ 10:35 a.m., towed vehicle, 900 block Wright Street

≤ 10:40 a.m., lockout, opened, 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 11:49 a.m., disorderly juvenile, 500 block Union Street

≤ 1:52 p.m., trespass arrest, 400 block West Washington Street
