≤ 10:41 a.m., retail fraud arrest, 1100 block West Washington Street

≤ 10:52 a.m., accident – other, rock chip, subject not sure if he wanted to make a report, will come back later if it is necessary, 1900 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 12:49 p.m., subject backed into the building causing minimal damage, 500 block North Third Street

≤ 2:30 p.m., bicyclist was hit, no damage was done and the biker denied injuries, bicyclist left the scene prior to officer’s arrival, 200 block West Washington Street

≤ 9:36 p.m., report of three males fighting, subjects knew each other and advised they were goofing off, High Street near Prospect Street

≤ 10:40 p.m., report of a suspicious bag/package leaning up against a fire hydrant, an empty grocery bag was put in garbage by patrol, Wright Street near Longyear Avenue

≤ 11:45 p.m., intoxicated female in stairwell, she and male companion left walking eastbound from lower level, area checked, unable to locate, Downtown Parking Ramp
