MARQUETTE — The Marquette Arts & Culture Center will host a grant workshop from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday, organized by representatives from the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs. The workshop is an opportunity for local organizations and other potential applicants to learn about the grant opportunities available through MCACA, focusing on guidelines and the online application process.

The workshop is free and open to the public; pre-registration or RSVPs are not required.

In addition to the workshop, MCACA will host an informal town hall listening session from 1 to 3 p.m. to gather feedback from community members as it develops a new strategic plan over the next year.
