≤ 1:33 p.m., one cited for parking in private space, 100 block West Main Street

≤ 7:16 p.m., subject did not pay for pick-up order, may have been an oversight, restaurant did not want to pursue, 1900 block U.S. 41 West

≤ 7:41 p.m., subject accidentally took someone else’s envelope from the deposit chute, brought it to police because he was unable to return it the next day, contact made with manager, who was aware of mix-up, manager came to police station and money was turned over to manager, property receipt signed, 300 block West Baraga Avenue

≤ 8:04 p.m., elevator locked, three property checks, 100 block West Main Street

≤ 8:23 p.m., EMS assist, 300 block Pine Street

≤ 8:31 p.m., retail fraud, suspect left in vehicle, suspect was later identified, report, 1100 block West Washington Street

≤ 8:40 p.m., subject was locked behind the gate at the island, officer opened the gate and let them out, Peter White Drive

≤ 8:52 p.m., possible malicious destruction of property, broken window was caused by the wind, 1400 block Garfield Avenue

≤ 9:15 p.m., suspicious vehicle parked near the dead end for an extended period of time, area checked, gone on arrival, 1300 block Waldo Street

≤ 11:37 p.m., property inspection, 1700 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 1:28 a.m., tenant thought they heard someone in residence, checked by officers, nobody there, all OK, 200 block West Hewitt Avenue

≤ 1:49 a.m., disabled motor vehicle, ran out of gas, officer transported driver to gas station to get some fuel, Morgan Street near West Washington Street

≤ 2:49 a.m., reported domestic assault, subject arrested, lodged, 300 block East Michigan Street

≤ 5:42 a.m., suspicious situation, caller believes they heard someone outside their apartment walking around, area checked by officers, no one/nothing located to indicate anyone had been outside recently, nothing tampered with, 500 block Fisher Street

≤ 10:09 a.m., property inspection, 600 block North Front Street

≤ 10:28 a.m., walk-in, general, 300 block West Baraga Avenue

≤ 11:15 a.m., vehicle parked on street for several hours with dog in back seat, owner contact made, dog was not in distress, owner advised of the concern, Fitch Avenue
