≤ 10:52 p.m., subject walking around with a headlight on, acting suspicious, it was subjects looking for items in a scavenger hunt, 300 block Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 12:21 a.m., complainant advised a subject was shining a flashlight in her windows, gone on arrival, 100 block Dobson Place

≤ 1:30 a.m., report of subjects playing basketball and shining lights into complainant’s apartment, gone on arrival, 100 block Dobson Place

≤ 2:39 a.m., operating while intoxicated arrest, Wright Street near Presque Isle

≤ 9:58 a.m., car versus deer, 1900 block U.S. 41 South

≤ 12 p.m., report of a domestic disturbance, suspect arrested, lodged for domestic assault, 900 block Northland Drive

≤ 2:06 p.m., report of disabled vehicle in traffic lane, had already been pushed off roadway into a parking lot upon patrol arrival, South Front Street near Genesee Street

≤ 2:15 p.m., vehicle damaged in parking lot during the night, incident report, 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 2:30 p.m., caller reports vehicle struck by a rock, which they thought came from a slingshot, no damage to vehicle, U.S. 41 Bypass near Grove Street

≤ 4:41 p.m., vehicles parked on both sides of the road, six vehicles cited, Peter White Drive

≤ 5:25 p.m., found iPhone, returned to owner, 300 block Coast Guard Road

≤ 6:51 p.m., caller requested assistance locating suitcase, suitcase was located by patrol, owner en route to pick it up, 100 block West Washington Street

≤ 7:12 p.m., report of male subject climbing rock ledge, kept slipping, subject does have rope, four subjects climbing who are fine, Peter White Drive

≤ 7:17 p.m., caller reports subjects smoking marijuana in the residence, report, 500 block Pioneer Road

≤ 8:05 p.m., report of subjects arguing, officers were advised that subjects left prior to arrival, 300 block Jackson Street

≤ 8:35 p.m., blocked drive, one cited, 300 block West Hewitt Avenue

≤ 9:08 p.m., report of a male subject who got off his bike, ripped his shirt off and is now yelling at people, contact made with intoxicated male, Wright Street near Sugarloaf Avenue

≤ 9:27 p.m., motorist assist, Presque Isle Avenue near Center Street

≤ 9:39 p.m., intoxicated subject on a bike, bike was locked up and officer drove him home, 700 block Wright Street

≤ 9:46 p.m., caller received a call while at work that someone was breaking into his apartment, unknown subject was pounding on door, gone on arrival, 2000 block Presque Isle avenue

≤ 11:20 p.m., found men’s wallet, message left for owner, returned to owner, advised money and debit/credit cards were missing, no report at this time, owner left wallet on roof of his car and it must have fallen off, 100 block West Baraga Avenue

≤ 12:20 a.m., operating while intoxicated, driving while license suspended, lodged, 1200 block West Washington Street

≤ 12:25 a.m., three liquor inspections, 100 block West Washington Street

≤ 2:16 a.m., foot patrol, 100 block West Washington Street

≤ 2:53 a.m., report of burglar alarm, officers advise the building is secure, Presque Isle Park

≤ 5:29 a.m., 911 call asking for police, arrest for domestic violence, 100 block Dobson Place

≤ 10 a.m., blocked sidewalk, cited, 300 block Summit Street

≤ 10:30 a.m., dog at large, back at residence upon officer’s arrival, 1500 block Division Street

≤ 10:51 a.m., cell phone found in the roundabout, returned by officers, Wright Street near Lincoln Avenue

≤ 3:02 p.m., unwanted confused male at the establishment, gone on arrival, 1300 block South Front Street

≤ 3:33 p.m., people jumping off the ore dock, 200 block South Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 3:35 p.m., report of an abandoned vehicle, several vehicles parked on the street, no description known of which was the abandoned one, vehicle tagged as abandoned on Aug. 20, 800 block Clark Street

≤ 3:56 p.m., elderly man was found by officer on the ground next to his wheelchair, officer and fire department assisted man back into his chair, South Fifth Street near Fisher Street
