≤ 6:56 p.m., traffic stop in which known driver fled scene on foot, vehicle towed, incident report, seeking warrant, Third Street near Park Street

≤ 9:10 p.m., possible intoxicated subject sitting in their vehicle, caller would like the subject checked on, subject is having a minor medical issue, had help on the way, 600 block West Bluff Street

≤ 11 p.m., liquor inspections, Downtown Marquette

≤ 11:46 p.m., caller reports large male subject going into residence, does not live there, owner not home, turned out to be the owner’s brother, who will be house sitting, 900 block West Kaye Avenue

≤ 12:25 a.m., report of loud music, loud voices, warned, 300 block Harrison Street

≤ 1:30 a.m., intoxicated female subject passed out, moved along, 1200 block U.S. 41 West

≤ 1:38 a.m., non-traffic accident, occurred between 6 – 9 p.m. July 3, 200 block South Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 2:01 a.m., blocked fire hydrant, cited, West Avenue near Logan Street

≤ 2:04 a.m., fireworks complaint, area checked, gone on arrival, Fitch Avenue near Hawley Street

≤ 2:33 a.m., non-aggravated assault, unable to locate a victim, 100 block East Bluff Street

≤ 8:01 a.m., found wallet, property was returned to owner, 1000 block North Third Street

≤ 8:57 a.m., request for speed enforcement in the area, also requesting speed wagon set up in the area, 200 block East Crescent Street

≤ 9:46 a.m., animal control, 700 block Mesnard Street

≤ 10:22 a.m., two intoxicated subjects, moved along, Washington Street near Bike Path

≤ 10:51 a.m., fireworks/littering complaint, 1700 block Fitch Avenue

≤ 10:52 a.m., animal control, 400 block McMillan Street

≤ 11:36 a.m., report of intoxicated subject on bike path, unable to locate, Washington Street near Bike Path

≤ 2:31 p.m., report of subjects using drugs on the beach, unfounded, 500 block Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 3:15 p.m., missing child, was located and returned to parents, 600 block West Washington Street

≤ 5:10 p.m., caller reports dog defecated on beach and owner did not clean it up, dog owner and dog were gone on arrival, spoke with complainant, 1300 block North Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 6:47 p.m., park patrol reports several people possibly fighting near the west end of the park, subjects were “playing around,” moved along, 200 block Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 8:30 p.m., found wallet and cell phone, 200 block Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 9:05 p.m., traffic accident, South Fourth Street near West Washington Street

≤ 9:30 p.m., vehicle lockout, opened, 700 block High Street

≤ 9:34 p.m., fireworks complaint/disorderly subjects, officer made contact with the subjects, they were advised to stop, 300 block South Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 9:40 p.m,. parking complaint, complaints of vehicles parked on the sidewalk, vehicles parked the entire length of the road on the north side, including blocking some sidewalk areas, 300 block South Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 9:48 p.m., traffic stop by other agency, assistance requested, assistance give, Wright Street near Longyear Avenue

≤ 10:15 p.m., caller reports a subject being drunk and disorderly, two subjects arguing when officer arrived, one subject was transported from the area for the evening, Lakeshore Boulevard near East Crescent Street

≤ 10:30 p.m., subject throwing fireworks in the park area near people, subject was located, juvenile turned over to parents, 200 block Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ midnight, found cell phone, 200 block Lakeshore Boulevard

Thursday

≤ 12:01 a.m., subject lost car keys, 200 block Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 12:08 a.m., fireworks complaint, caller reports a neighbor is lighting off large “mortar” rounds in the middle of the roadway, area checked, subject is finished with fireworks for the evening, 1700 block Fitch Avenue

≤ 12:23 a.m., caller reports being struck with a firework that came from the address, caller doesn’t need EMS, subject was not injured, officer made contact at possible address, a party had been going on, clearing out upon arrival, 300 block West Michigan Street

≤ 12:42 a.m., parking problem, private parking area, vehicle ticketed, 300 block West Hewitt Avenue
