LUCE COUNTY -- According to a Tuesday press release from Michigan State Police, the subject who was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated following a crash on Sept. 26 in Luce County that left three passengers seriously injured has been arraigned on his charges.
On Monday, 27-year-old Donevan Brueggeman was arraigned in the 92nd District Court on one count of Operating Under the Influence Causing Incapacitating Injury and one count of a moving violation causing serious impairment of body function. Bond was set at $10,000 cash/surety. His next court date is scheduled for Oct. 9.
