MARQUETTE — From 5-10 p.m. this Saturday, Marquette Harbor Rotary will be hosting its annual Fish Boil dinner and auction at the Lake Superior Theatre Yacht Yard.
The Fish Boil is Harbor Rotary’s annual fundraiser, which it has been hosting for the past 30 years. Over the course of that time, the club has raised over $500,000, which has been “directed back into the community to worthy programs, projects, and organizations that benefit youth and community improvement,” according to Harbor Rotary.
The event features a classic fish boil dinner, as well as silent and live auctions that are, according to the organization, “one of the area’s largest.”
The evening’s schedule of events is as follows:
5 p.m. – social hour, cocktails and appetizers
5 p.m. – Silent auction and bucket raffles open
6:30 p.m. – Dinner
7:30 p.m. – Live auction
10 p.m. – Event concludes
