The summit as a whole was a valuable opportunity for professional learning and networking for U.P. principals, many of whom work in rural or isolated districts.
Topics covered included government updates and statewide educator insights. The event was sponsored by Northern Michigan University, Marquette-Alger RESA, Michigan Association of Secondary School Principals, Renaissance, Michigan Elementary & Middle School Principals Association, Michigan Virtual, SET-SEG, K12 Tutoring and Horace Mann.
