ONTONAGON — On Thursday, March 19, an Ontonagon County Sheriff’s Office deputy stopped a vehicle in Stannard Township resulting in the arrest of three individuals.

Two male subjects ages 54 and 62, were taken into custody on drug possession of methamphetamine charges and a third male, age 47, was arrested on an FOC warrant from neighboring county.

Assisting the Ontonagon County Sheriff’s Office were detectives from the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team.

The two males are currently lodged in the Ontonagon County Jail. No other information will be released at this time.
