Luke Hubbard

MARQUETTE – Fox Motors announced a leadership promotion within its automotive division, naming Luke Hubbard as director of operations – Upper Peninsula. The role provides dedicated executive oversight across five dealership locations in Marquette and Negaunee.

In his new role, Hubbard will oversee day-to-day operations across the region, with a focus on performance, team development and continued growth. His leadership will support operational consistency while strengthening collaboration across the U.P. footprint.

Hubbard joined Fox Motors in 2006 after beginning his automotive career while attending Northern Michigan University. Over nearly two decades with the organization, he has advanced through progressive leadership roles across multiple brands and locations.

A lifelong Upper Peninsula resident, Hubbard has lived in the region for nearly his entire life and remains involved in the communities Fox Motors serves. He has supported local initiatives including youth outdoor programs, veterans’ events, and regional nonprofit organizations, and has held leadership roles within community associations throughout the UP. His long-standing relationships and commitment to service reflect Fox Motors’ continued investment in local leadership.

As part of the broader realignment, Jason Olesnavage was promoted to senior vice president and chief operating officer and will oversee day-to-day automotive operations across Michigan. Olesnavage works closely with regional leaders to support alignment, performance and scalable growth across all Fox Motors locations.

In addition to these promotions, Fox Motors also announced the promotion of Jerry Moore to vice president – Grand Rapids and Ann Arbor region, Nick Dieleman to vice president – Northern Michigan and Detroit metro region and Jack Turske to vice president – fixed operations.
