Two Lake Township residents arrested for criminal sexual conduct in Menominee County
LAKE TOWNSHIP — Two residents of Daggett in Menominee County have been arrested on charges of criminal sexual conduct.
At approximately 2:03 p.m. Wednesday, detectives and deputies with the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence in Lake Township in connection to a criminal sexual conduct investigation. Travis Scott Thiry, 44, was arraigned in 95A District Court on Thursday on the following charges: five counts of criminal sexual conduct first degree (person under 13), accosting children for immoral purposes and alcohol — sell / furnish to a minor. Thiry was arrested and lodged at the Menominee County Jail, where he remains on a $750,000 cash bond.
Rocquel Anne Irving, 38, was also arraigned in 95A District Court on Thursday on the following charges: Three counts of criminal sexual conduct first degree (person under 13), three counts of conspiracy to commit criminal sexual conduct first degree, criminal sexual conduct second degree, accosting children for immoral purposes, gross indecency between females and alcohol — sell / furnish to a minor. Irving was arrested and lodged at the Menominee County Jail, where she remains on a $750,000 cash/surety bond.
This incident remains under active investigation.
