Tickets now on sale for the Marquette County Police & Firefighters’ Ball
Formal evening honors local heroes and supports community causes
MARQUETTE — Tickets are now on sale for the annual Marquette County Police & Firefighters’ Ball, taking place from 6-11 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, at the Northern Center at Northern Michigan University.
Organized by the Marquette County Police & Firefighters’ Ball Board of Directors, the event is held each year to celebrate and honor the men and women who serve the Marquette County community while raising funds to support local police and fire departments, as well as other area charities and organizations.
The evening will include dinner, drinks, dancing, bucket raffles, a silent auction, and professional photography, offering guests a night of entertainment and community celebration. The event is open to the public, and all are invited to attend, dress up, and enjoy an evening supporting Marquette County’s first responders and local causes.
Funds raised through the ball directly benefit the financial needs of local police and fire departments and various other organizations within the county. Through its support fund, the Board of Directors also provides assistance to families facing hardships such as medical expenses, memorial funds, or other needs unique to their situations.
All proceeds remain in Marquette County, ensuring that every dollar raised supports local residents and first responders.
