Fresh Coast Film Festival set to return

MARQUETTE — Thursday through Sunday will see the return of the Fresh Coast Film Festival. This year’s festival will see four days of movies at nine film venues, with 18 outdoor tours, 90 films and 33 hours of content.

The venues hosting the films include: Blackrocks Brewery, Box Office at The Marquette Commons, Fresh Coast Basecamp at Lower Harbor Park, Ore Dock Brewing Co. in the Community Space, Ore Dock Brewing Co. in theThe Station, Peter While Public Library in the Community Room, PWPL in the Heritage Room, PWPL in the Shiras Room, The Evergreen Market Treehouse, The Honorable Distillery and the Women’s Federated Clubhouse.

The 18 outdoor tours include a sunrise photo with Bugsy Sailor, a hunt for Harlow’s Wooden Man, a tour of Kona Hills and much more.

Tickets cost $192 for a full premium weekend pass with numerous amenities, $86 for a weekend pass, $43 for a day pass, $32 for a student pass and they have options for film makers as well. Tickets can be purchased until 6 p.m. today or at the festival HQ starting Thursday. The Fresh Coast Free kickoff and Food Truck Rally is also on Thursday and held under the big tent at Fresh Coast Basecamp at Lower Harbor Park. If guests preregistered the HQ is also where they can pick up a wristband, program and find FCFF merchandise for sale.
