ISHPEMING — The fireworks display in the city of Ishpeming that was planned for Saturday has been postponed due to inclement weather.

A Facebook post shared by the city reads, “Due to the anticipated thunderstorms, the fireworks company has advised us to cancel the fireworks display for tonight.”

Another post that was made on Monday states that the fireworks have been rescheduled to Saturday, July 26 and will wrap up the evening for the St. Rocco/St. Anthony Society’s Italian Fest.
