ISHPEMING — The second Cars and Coffee meet of the year is planned from 9-11 a.m. Saturday at the Michigan National Guard Armory in Marquette, located in its parking lot. The event is open to the public and will see various makes and models on display.
“We will have some coffee and donuts on hand as well,” said the event page. “All makes and models of vehicles welcome.”
The last event held in May, also at the Marquette Armory, saw more than 80 people in attendance with a variety of cars, including classic American muscle cars and contemporary sports cars.
“Cars and Coffee groups have existed for years,” reads the group’s description. “Similar groups can be found all over the United States. After driving around here for many years, we’ve noticed that there are a lot of cool rides that exist in the area, and we want to see them.”
